HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, two minutes.
No call-backs to agree a price, no meter running in traffic. You see the fare, you confirm it, and that is the amount you pay.

Pick your vehicle
Sedan for up to three guests, van for up to seven. Luggage capacity is listed so nothing is left standing at the curb.

Meet your chauffeur
You receive the driver's name, vehicle and plate by message. At the airport he waits in arrivals with a name sign.

Mercedes, BMW and Audi, serviced on schedule and cleaned between every journey. Choose by guests, luggage and class.

CHF 30 + CHF 5.00 / km
CHF 30 base fare plus CHF 5.00 per km up to 20 km, then CHF 4.50 per km from 21 km onwards.
CHF 120 / hour
From two hours, with 15 km included for every hour booked. Additional kilometres CHF 4.00.
First Class is 20% above Business Class on distance journeys, with its own fixed-route and hourly rates. Waiting time beyond the included hour is charged per quarter hour; child seats, city stops and luggage assistance are included in every fare.

01How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is ideal and guarantees the vehicle class you want. Last-minute rides are often possible — call dispatch directly and we will tell you immediately whether a car is free.
02What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number from departure, so the pickup time adjusts on its own. The first sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included, and we do not charge for delays outside your control.
03How do I pay?
Card or TWINT when you book, in the car at the end of the journey, or by monthly invoice if you hold a corporate account.
04Are child seats available?
Yes, infant and child seats are provided at no extra cost. Add the ages when booking so the right seat is fitted before pickup.
05Can I cancel or change a booking?
Free of charge up to twelve hours before pickup. Inside twelve hours we charge half the fare, and changes to the time or address are free whenever a vehicle is available.
06Do you drive outside Switzerland?
Yes, to southern Germany, Austria, Italy and France on request. Cross-border journeys are quoted individually — send the route and date and you will have a price the same day.
